Yuh-Min Tseng received the B.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, Republic of China, in 1988; and the M.S. degree in Computer and Information Engineering from National Taiwan University in 1990 and the Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from National Chung-Hsing University in 1999. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Mathematics, National Changhua University of Education, Taiwan, R.O.C.. He is a member of IEEE Communications Society and the Chinese Cryptology and Information Security Association (CCISA). In 2006, his paper obtained the Wilkes Award from The British Computer Society. He is editors of two international Journals: Computer Standards & Interfaces, and International Journal of Security and Its Applications. His research interests include cryptography, information security, network security, computer network and mobile communications.
